Recent advancements in artificial intelligence technology have led to increased utilization of natural language processing techniques in the fields of law and investigation. In the realm of investigation, with the amendment of criminal procedural laws, evidence-based logical reasoning has gained importance, necessitating an objective and consistent system for verifying cases based on evidential reasoning to ensure uniform investigative quality. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an automated system for extracting legal argument structures using transformer models, aiming to explore the application and potential development of artificial intelligence technology in the field of law.
